How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Securityprime Plumbing to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Securityprime Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Securityprime Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@securityprime.blog and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
