How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You will speak with an independent plumbing, drain or sewer provider in your area. These are local businesses, not employees of Securityprime Plumbing. Each provider runs its own schedule, sets its own prices and does its own work.

Securityprime Plumbing makes the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.

What Happens on the Call

It is usually simple. The provider will ask a few questions about what you are seeing. Expect things like:

  • Where is the water, or where is the backup?
  • When did it start?
  • Do you know where your main shutoff valve is?
  • Is anything else in the house affected?

Then the provider will tell you whether they can help and what the next step looks like. Availability varies, and many providers can respond quickly. Request a callback to check provider availability near you.

What to Ask a Plumber

No need to feel shy. These questions are normal, and good providers expect them.

  • Are you licensed and insured in this state?
  • How do you price the job: by the hour, or a set price?
  • Will I get a written quote before work starts?
  • What might change the price once you see the problem?
  • Will you explain what caused this and how to avoid a repeat?

Costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote protects you.

What You Can Safely Do While You Wait

A few small steps can help. Shut off the water at the main valve if a pipe is leaking. Move belongings away from wet floors. Take photos for your records. Stay out of standing water near outlets.

Leave the heavy work to a pro. That includes digging near a sewer line, cutting into pipes and using strong drain chemicals.

You Are in Control

You decide whether to hire a provider. You can ask for another opinion. You can say no to a quote. There is no pressure from Securityprime Plumbing, and there is no obligation when you ask for an estimate.
